The specialist salad producers Bryan's salads contacted us to assist them with a tank capable of achieving extra capacity for their expanding business with additional capacity to ensure they could cope with their future growth too.

Their existing water supply consisted of a 45,000L rubber lined, circular, metal tank was pumped around the site and they wanted to move the new tank outside to allow more space for the raw material fridges.

Their immediate needs were 60 - 70 cubic  metres to be able to run 6 pre wash lines at 1500L & main wash line at 3000L. In addition they wanted extra capacity to extend these lines in the future it needed to be fully WRAS approved to comply with the necessary BRC Global Standards.

We supplied a 90,000L one piece WRAS approved water storage tank with 100mm of insulation.
